FAQ
Q: Do I need to be home on the service day?
A: No. As long as we have secure access to your home, we can complete your weekly meal prep while you're away. We treat your home with the utmost respect and leave your kitchen clean, just the way we found it.
Q: How much are groceries typically?
A: Grocery costs usually range between $100-$200 for a household of 2-3 people, depending on the week's menu, dietary needs, and number of meals.
Grocery totals may be higher on your first couple of visits. If you've recently moved or are missing basics like oils, spices, or staples, we will purchase those to get your kitchen stocked. Once that is set up, the cost typically settles into the normal $100-$200 range.
Grocery costs can vary based on household size, allergies or specialty diets, and hard-to-source ingredients. If you prefer, you're welcome to purchase your own groceries, and we will cook with what you provide. We are also happy to incorporate ingredients you have already at home, whether that's an item from your pantry or wild game from a recent hunt.
Q: Are the reusable containers included in the price?
A: No. We ask that clients have their own reusable glass containers ready before the first service date. We can recommend options and provide links to the exact containers that work best with our meal prep system.
Q: Do you deliver meals?
A: At this time (December 2025), we do not deliver meals. All food is prepared fresh in your home during your scheduled service day.
However, we are actively developing a customized meal-delivery service prepared in a licensed commissary kitchen. This future service will offer the same level of personalization as our in-home experience. If you are interested, please join the waitlist on our website.
Q: How long will meals last in my fridge?
A: Most meals stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in airtight containers. Some dishes are also suitable for freezing; thaw them in the fridge 1 to 2 days before reheating.
